Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer based in Shanghai, China, producing edge banding, hot melt glue, PVC film, and PVC skirting board for furniture and cabinet makers worldwide. Dealing directly with the factory means factory pricing, in-house quality control, and direct technical support — no middleman markup.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by product and customization level:
Hot melt adhesive: 100 kg for custom formulations.
Edge banding: 3 km per color per size.
Melamine edge banding: 10,000 meters per order.
PVC kitchen skirting board: 1 km per order.
PVC film: 500 meters for catalog (off-the-shelf) colors; 3,000 meters for custom colors. For custom-color orders exceeding 50,000 meters, the plate / tooling fee is fully refunded.
If you’re a small buyer or a first-time customer, tell us your actual quantity — we’ll do our best to work something out.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Standard catalog samples are free of charge — you only cover the international courier / shipping cost. Samples let you check color match, texture, thickness, gloss level, and edge finish against your existing materials before committing to production. Send us the items and sizes you need, and we’ll arrange a parcel within a few working days.
What is your lead time?
Production: Custom orders take 7–15 working days after your deposit and color / artwork confirmation.
Shipping: Transit time depends on your destination country and the shipping method (sea freight, air freight, or express courier). We’ll quote the estimated delivery date together with your price.
Which countries do you export to?
We export globally. Our customers include furniture manufacturers, cabinet makers, building-material distributors, and importers across Europe, North America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and other regions. Wherever your factory or warehouse is located, we can ship to you.
What payment terms do you accept?
Our standard terms are 30% T/T deposit to kick off production, with the remaining 70% balance paid before delivery. Accepted payment methods include:
Bank wire transfer (T/T)
Alipay (convenient for smaller or trial orders)
Letter of Credit (L/C at sight) for large-volume orders
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. We support both OEM production and private-label / branded packaging. You can share your own brand artwork, packaging design, color specs, or product requirements, and our production team will manufacture to your specifications. This is commonly used by distributors and brand owners who want to sell under their own name.

Can you match edge banding and PVC film to my existing laminate or cabinet color?
Yes. Color matching is one of our core strengths. Whether you’re matching a laminate panel, a wood veneer, or an existing cabinet line, we can produce edge banding and PVC film to coordinate with your materials. In practice, many buyers order the edge banding and PVC film in the same order, so the cabinet body, the door faces, and the visible edges all land in one consistent tone.
How do you ensure color consistency across different batches?
We keep a physical master sample for every approved color and print. Before each production run, the new batch is compared against that approved standard under standardized lighting, and we hold the color difference within ΔE ≤ 0.8. Once production is finished, a pre-production sample is sent to you for confirmation before mass shipment, and we archive a sample from each batch so future repeat orders can be matched to the same reference.
What thickness and size options do you offer?
Hot melt adhesive: Available in various colors, and in block, granule, liquid, and stick forms.
Edge banding: Thickness from 0.4 mm to 3 mm, width from 15 mm to 90 mm (wider widths available on request).
Melamine edge banding (pre-glued): Thickness 0.5 mm – 0.6 mm, width 5 mm – 630 mm, with custom sizes available.
PVC film: Thickness 0.12 mm – 0.40 mm, width 300 mm – 1,400 mm.
PVC kitchen skirting board: Heights of 80 mm / 100 mm / 120 mm / 150 mm, in lengths of 3 m / 3.6 m / 4 m.
Can you do custom textures, wood grains, gloss and matte finishes?
Yes. Beyond our catalog range, we offer custom wood-grain prints, textured embossing, high-gloss, matte, and soft-touch finishes. Send us a reference sample or a clear description of the look you’re after, and we’ll advise on what’s achievable together with the MOQ.
Can you produce based on my own design or Pantone color? Can I send you samples?
Absolutely. Two ways to start a custom order:
From a reference: Send us a Pantone code, a color photo, or a print file / artwork, and we’ll develop the match from there.
From your physical sample: Mail us a piece of laminate, edge banding, film, or a finished panel, and we’ll produce your order to match that sample directly.
For custom-color PVC film, orders above 50,000 meters also qualify for a full refund of the plate / tooling fee.

Edge Banding

What edge banding materials do you offer?
We supply PVC, ABS, acrylic, wood veneer, 3D, and melamine (pre-glued) edge banding. PVC is the most cost-effective, acrylic gives a high-gloss finish, and wood veneer matches natural timber. Send us your project and we’ll recommend the right material.
Do you offer pre-glued and non-pre-glued? Which one do I need?
Both are available. Pre-glued banding has a hot-melt layer on the back that activates with a hand iron or manual applicator, while non-pre-glued banding is designed for automatic edge-banding machines that apply hot melt adhesive separately. Tell us what equipment you run and we’ll point you to the right option.
How do I choose the right thickness?
It depends on the board and the application. Thinner banding (0.4–1 mm) works well on standard cabinet doors and drawer fronts, while thicker banding (1.5–3 mm) is better for countertops and high-wear edges. Share your board thickness and we’ll suggest a match.
Is it scratch, UV and moisture resistant?
Yes. Our edge banding is engineered to resist everyday scratches, UV fading, and moisture, which makes it suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and other humid environments. The surface coating also holds up against daily wear from opening doors and drawers.
Will the color fade over time?
No. We run a dedicated color-fixation step in production that locks the printed color and surface coating, so it stays consistent under normal indoor lighting and kitchen exposure without yellowing or fading over years of use.

What types of hot melt adhesive do you offer?
We supply a full range for edge banding and lamination work: EVA hot melt, PUR (polyurethane reactive) hot melt, hot melt glue sticks, and pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA). EVA is the standard choice for most edge-banding machines, while PUR offers stronger heat and moisture resistance. Send us your application and we’ll recommend the right type.
What is the working temperature and open time?
This varies by product. EVA grades typically run between 160–200°C, while PUR grades work at lower temperatures and offer longer open times. For exact figures, request the TDS (Technical Data Sheet) for the specific grade we recommend — it lists the precise melt temperature, open time, and setting time.
Which substrates does it bond?
All our adhesives are suitable for the common substrates in furniture and cabinet production, including PVC, ABS, acrylic, wood veneer, solid wood, MDF, particleboard, and plywood. If you’re bonding a less common material, tell us and we’ll confirm compatibility.
How should I store it? What’s the shelf life?
Storage conditions and shelf life vary by adhesive type and packaging. In general, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep unopened containers sealed. For the exact shelf life, storage temperature, and once-opened usage window, ask us for the TDS of the specific product.
Does it perform in cold or humid environments?
It depends on the grade. Some adhesives are formulated for high humidity and wide temperature ranges, while others perform best in controlled workshop conditions. Tell us your working environment (temperature, humidity, seasonality), and our technical team will match you to a grade that holds up.
What is your PVC film used for?
Our PVC decorative film is mainly used for lamination/film pressing, cabinet door skins, and furniture surfaces. It’s a cost-effective way to give MDF, particleboard, or plywood doors a decorative, seamless finish in wood grain, solid color, or textured effects. Send us your application and we’ll recommend the right film grade.
What thickness and width options do you offer? Can the surface be customized?
Standard range is 0.12 mm – 0.40 mm in thickness and 300 mm – 1,400 mm in width. Surface finishes — gloss, matte, textured, wood grain, and embossed effects — can be customized to match your design or reference sample. Let us know the look you’re after and we’ll advise on what’s achievable.
Is your PVC film eco-friendly?
Yes. Our PVC film is produced to meet environmental standards, with low-VOC formulations and phthalate-free options available. This makes it suitable for indoor furniture, kitchens, and cabinetry where air quality matters. If you need a specific certification or test report for your market, ask us.
Can it wrap deep profiles and curved corners?
Yes. Our film has good stretch and conformability, so it can wrap around profiled door frames, curved edges, and deep 3D surfaces without tearing or wrinkling when processed correctly. For very deep or complex profiles, send us the drawing and we’ll confirm the best film thickness and grade.
What is the recommended vacuum press temperature?
The press temperature depends on the film thickness, grade, and your machine settings. It follows the standard temperature range used in the industry for PVC vacuum press film. For the exact recommended temperature, pressure, and cycle time for your order, request the TDS or ask our technical team before running production.
PVC Skirting Board

What heights and lengths are available?
Our PVC kitchen skirting boards come in heights of 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm, and 150 mm, in standard lengths of 3 m, 3.6 m, and 4 m. The hollow-profile design keeps the board light yet rigid. If you need a non-standard height or length, tell us and we’ll check what we can produce.
Is it waterproof, oil-proof and fire retardant?
Yes. Our PVC skirting board is waterproof, oil-resistant, and fire-retardant, which is essential for a kitchen environment where it’s exposed to spills, steam, and cleaning products. It won’t absorb water, swell, or warp like a wooden plinth would.
How is it installed?
It uses the standard adjustable kitchen plinth system: the board slots into a top fixing profile, sits on adjustable support feet , and is finished with corner connectors and end caps. The feet adjust up and down so the plinth sits level on uneven floors. Installation is quick with simple hand tools.
Does it match cabinet colors? Can it be customized?
Yes. We offer a range of standard finishes — solid colors, brushed metal look, and wood grain — that coordinate with common cabinet door colors. We can also customize the color and finish to match your cabinet line. Send us a sample or color reference and we’ll match it.
Can it withstand kitchen cleaners and steam?
Yes. The surface is resistant to household cleaners, detergents, and kitchen steam, so it can be wiped clean daily without staining, chalking, or degrading. It holds up well under the regular heat and humidity found in a working kitchen.

Perfect product matching
My edge banding is peeling off — what should I check first?
Peeling usually comes down to three things: adhesive temperature too low, insufficient pressure, or a dirty/dusty board surface. Make sure the edge-banding machine is at the correct melt temperature for the adhesive grade, that the pressure roller is pressing firmly, and that the board edge is clean and dry before application. If the problem persists, send us the details and we’ll help diagnose.
Why are there bubbles on my PVC film after vacuum pressing?
Bubbles are most often caused by moisture in the MDF/board, insufficient vacuum time, or a press temperature that’s too high. Keep the board dry and conditioned before pressing, follow the recommended temperature and cycle time for the film grade, and make sure the vacuum pump reaches and holds full pressure. For the exact settings, ask us for the TDS of the film you’re using.
Which glue works with which edge banding material?
In general, EVA adhesive works well with standard PVC, ABS, and melamine edge banding for everyday cabinet production. PUR adhesive is recommended for acrylic, wood veneer, and applications that need stronger heat and moisture resistance, such as kitchen and bathroom edges. If you’re mixing materials on the same line, tell us and we’ll match the adhesive to the banding.
How should I store and handle these products to avoid issues?
Keep edge banding and PVC film in their original packaging, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated room away from direct sunlight and heating sources. Let unopened material acclimate to workshop temperature for 24 hours before use. For adhesive, keep containers sealed when not in use and follow the storage temperature and shelf life on the TDS.

What certifications do your products have?
Our products carry CE and RoHS certifications, which cover the core safety and environmental requirements for furniture and building materials sold in the EU and other regulated markets. If you need a specific test report or certification for a particular product or shipment, ask us and we’ll provide it.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Every order goes through strict in-house quality control before it leaves the factory — checking dimensions, color, surface finish, adhesive weight, and packaging against your approved sample. We also keep a sample from each batch for traceability, so if any issue arises later we can trace it back to the production record.
What is the warranty?
We provide a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to proper storage, handling and use according to the product specifications. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product and order agreement, and we’ll confirm the details with you when the order is placed.
How do you handle quality complaints or claims?
If you receive goods with a quality issue, notify us within 7 days of arrival with photos or a short video showing the problem. Our team will review the batch record and get back to you with a resolution — typically a replacement, a credit on your next order, or a partial refund, depending on the cause and severity. Most claims are resolved within a few working days.
