Product Packaging
Every order is packed to survive long-distance freight — overseas transit, warehouse stacking, and rough handling included. Below is how each product line is packed as standard.
Hot Melt Adhesives
Hot melt adhesive ships in clean, moisture-protected packaging, available in four standard forms:
- Bag packaging — standard 25 kg PE-lined bags, heat-sealed to keep granules dry and free-flowing.
- Carton packaging — bagged adhesive packed into export-grade cartons for easier handling and safer stacking.
- Pallet packaging — bags or cartons stabilized on wooden pallets and stretch-wrapped, ready for forklift handling and container loading.
- Bulk packaging — 500–1000 kg jumbo bags for regular volume buyers, cutting packaging cost and handling time.
Edge Banding
Edge banding rolls are easy to damage in transit if handled carelessly, so we take extra steps:
- Roll packaging — each roll individually wrapped to prevent unwinding and surface contact.
- Carton packaging — rolls packed into sturdy cartons and separated so they do not rub against each other.
- Pallet packing — cartons palletized and secured, keeping the shipment stable and easy to unload.
- Deformation and surface protection — rolls are packed with edge and surface protection against bending, pressure marks, and scratches during long voyages.
PVC Film
PVC film surfaces scratch easily, so protection starts at the roll:
- Roll packaging — each roll wrapped and sealed against dust and moisture.
- Protective film / carton / pallet — rolls can be surface-protected with an extra PE layer, then packed into cartons and consolidated on pallets.
- Surface and edge protection — roll ends and film edges are shielded to prevent scuffing, edge tears, and dirt ingress in transit.
PVC Skirting Board
As a rigid profile, skirting boards need stiffness and surface care in equal measure:
- Bundle packaging — boards bundled in fixed quantities for easy counting and handling.
- Carton packaging — bundles packed into cartons to keep boards clean and protected.
- Pallet packing — cartons palletized and strapped for safe container loading and forklift unloading.
- Bending and surface protection — boards are packed flat with protective support to prevent bending, warping, and surface scratches in transit.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Order lead times will vary depending on order and product. These are average times, which will be confirmed with you at the time of ordering, depending on product, quantity, customization and destination.
Stock Orders
Products already on hand are sent promptly; typically within 2-3 working days after receiving payment confirmation (unless the product is out of stock).
2–3 working daysSample Orders
Small sample quantities are processed as a priority and shipped by the fastest available method. As most samples are sent within approximately 3 working days, you are able to assess quality prior to committing a bulk order.
~3 working daysCustom Orders
Production times apply to products made to your specification (custom sizes, colours or branding). The approximate lead time is 7-15 days, depending on the complexity of the customization, and available production capacity.
7–15 daysBulk Orders
Large quantities are scheduled into production, so delivery time depends on order volume and the production schedule. Bulk orders typically take 15–30 days, and we will give you a clear delivery schedule at confirmation.
15–30 daysShipping & Delivery
We ship to the world by sea, rail or air, or full container — whichever is most appropriate for your order size, timeframe and budget. Do you need help deciding which one to choose? Please provide details of your order and we will recommend the most cost effective option.
Sea Freight
The preferred option for bulk purchases and frequent resupply. Ideal for LTL when lead time is flexible and volume is high, your load is shipped in a shared container (LCL) and delivered at the lowest cost per unit.
Rail Freight
A good choice for customers in Europe and Central Asia. For medium-to-large orders on rail connected routes, rail is cheaper and sometimes faster than air, and a practical option.
Air Freight
Air freight is a dependable option if you’re in a hurry. It is more expensive than sea freight, but delivers your order in days rather than weeks.
Container Shipping
Full container loading (FCL) is the most cost-effective and most convenient way to ship a large volume of goods, especially for B2B transactions. We can also arrange for all your goods to be put into a single container (LCL) if your volume is less than a full container if you want to keep costs down.
Export Packaging & Shipping Preparation
Every order goes through a standard preparation process before it leaves our warehouse — from inspection to loading — so you receive exactly what you ordered, in the condition you expect.
Product Inspection
Every batch is checked against the order before packing — appearance, size, color consistency, and overall quality. Defective items are removed at this stage, so problems are caught by us, not discovered by you after arrival.
Quantity Confirmation
Quantities are verified against your order during packing and double-checked before sealing. The count you order is the count you receive.
Carton / Pallet Packing
Goods are packed to our standard export specifications — cartons, pallets, and protective wrapping as described in our packaging section — built for long-distance freight and warehouse handling.
Shipping Marks
Cartons and pallets are marked with your order details — product code, quantity, carton number, and destination — so the shipment can be identified and checked easily at every stage of transit.
Container Loading
Goods are loaded according to a loading plan, with weight distributed evenly and heavier items placed at the bottom, protecting the cargo and making the most of container space.
Export Documentation
We prepare all required export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any certificates needed — and send them to you promptly so your import clearance goes smoothly.

Product
Product name and specification, or a link to the product page. Specific sizes, colors, and models affect price and freight calculation.
Quantity
Order quantity in units, rolls, kg or pallets. The order volume dictates the shipping method and most cost-effective freight rate.
Packaging Requirements
Standard export packaging or something special — custom cartons, pallet dimensions or special packing instructions.
Destination
Country and city of the final destination. Freight rates and delivery times vary significantly by route.
Port or Delivery Address
Sea/air port or door-to-door delivery address, including postcode if available. Confirms exact shipping cost and best method.
